Fire-roasted peppers
The part that makes people ask what is in this.
Small-batch salsa made in Marana
Roasted green peppers, Arizona love, and the kind of salsa that makes dinner better than it had any right to be.
The part that makes people ask what is in this.
Peppers, lime, garlic, salt. Actual food doing actual work.
A little kick, a lot of flavor, no dare required.
Market batches, special orders, and tubs that move fast.
Meet the SOSS lineup
The flagship that started it all: pepper-forward, minimal ingredients, and heat that pulls you back for another bite.
Mild
Desert Verde cranked all the way to 10 with loads of habaneros, serranos, and jalapenos. Not for the weak; only for the Xtra SOSSy crew.
Xtra SpicyMarket rotation
Some weeks we are loaded up. Some weeks a batch flies before noon. Message us if you are hunting for a tub.

Market life
We bring what came out of the kitchen that week. If you are lucky, there are CHPS on the table too. Come say hey and get SOSS'd.
SOSS Boss HQ
Instagram is where we post what is actually happening: what we made, what sold fast, where we will be, and whatever we are testing for dinner.
Fresh from the kitchen
Every tub starts with peppers, salt, lime, vinegar, garlic, grapeseed oil, water, and a little patience. Keep it in the fridge and start putting it on things.
Built in Marana
SOSS started because Robert wanted to make Lizzie a green salsa she would keep asking for. Then the kitchen batches turned into market tubs, Dax got pulled into booth life, and here we are.
It is still us. Still peppers, heat, family help, weekend setup, and people coming back for another tub.
Robert & Elizabeth
The SOSS crew
We take the recipe seriously. The rest of it gets to be fun: shirts, market clips, party packs, and tiny pepper characters with big opinions.
Interested in carrying SOSS?
We are looking for Tucson, Phoenix, and surrounding-area shops that want local salsa in the fridge. If you sell good food, run a market, or know somebody we should talk to, hit us up.
